For four decades, I guided leaders and organizations towards greater effectiveness, mindfulness and emotional intelligence.

Additionally, provided coaching and organized retreats for individuals and couples navigating mid-life and pre- or post-retirement transitions.  This deeply fulfilling work unexpectedly led me to discover my own hidden creative potential - through music.

Like many others, I was drawn to the piano later in life. Beginning my musical journey in my early 50s, I recently completed 'Sweet Dreams: Piano For Encouraging Calm, Restful Sleep and Dreaming' at age 73.  Currently working on my second album, “Calmer Days, Peaceful Nights”,
due out later this year.

This later-in-life composing, emerged as a natural extension of my professional work, demonstrating how we all carry dormant seeds of creativity waiting for their season to bloom.

During and after Covid, I found myself embracing extended periods of solitude in nature, which helped birth my compositions. I recognize the profound privilege of living where quiet and peace prevail, knowing this isn’t everyone’s reality. It’s one of the main reasons I wanted to share my experience with others.

In these moments of stillness, something unexpected occurs - music began flowing through me, as if it had been patiently waiting all along. 'Sweet Dreams' is the result of this journey of late discovery. This experience has deepened my belief that each of us harbors hidden gifts, waiting for the right conditions to emerge.

I share it not only as music to enjoy and hopefully benefit from, but additionally as evidence that our creative potential knows no age limits.

It’s my hope that my experience may inspire others to listen for their own hidden melodies, whatever form they might take.
